At Theracare, we believe that customer service and integrity are the two keys to a successful rehabilitation program. This has been the foundation of our service delivery model for nearly twenty years now.

We believe in providing programs to our customers uniquely designed to fit their needs and the needs of their patient population. We feel very strongly that a “cookie cutter” approach does not work as no two facilities are alike. In order to achieve this level of customization, we conduct extensive pre-roll out meetings with all key facility staff to review what they perceive as the biggest needs for their facility. That extends even beyond just the rehab program but also into needs for MDS assistance, restorative program design, employee wellness programming, CMI improvement, and a whole host of other areas. We are blessed to have a management team with collectively an average of 25 years in the industry most of who have been with the company for 10 years or more. We have a lower Regional Manager to facility ratio than any competitor in the industry. We guarantee a weekly visit to every facility. Additionally, we have access to specialists in the areas of MDS, reimbursement, and compliance available at no cost to our customers.

We also believe and consistently demonstrate that operational and financial success is achievable while following all regulations and rules to the letter. We don’t cut corners. Anyone who works for us clearly understands that this sort of integrity is something taken very seriously. Both our staff and customer facilities are routinely educated on changes in rules and regulations. Compliance is something we consistently monitor for the best interest of our customers and patients.
