What sets us apart from our competitors is our high standard for customer service.  Our Regional Manager visits the facility at least once a week to ensure goals are met and any problems are handled in a quick and efficient manner.  We employ full time staff that will stay in your building. Our facility staff inservices are offered at no additional cost to help with training and compliance. Specialists are available in ACO development and bundled payments, MDS and reimbursement, Dementia programming, and much more.  Treatments are done to match the clients’ schedules not the therapists’

Regional Manager

Not only does Theracare’s regional manager oversee the therapy program and relieves the facility of rehab worry but he/she also acts as a mini consultant for other challenges of facility management.

The regional manager is at the facility at a minimum of one time a week. More in times of survey and based on facility need. The facility gets dedicated managerial support in the following:

Dementia Care

Since the 2014 CMS Dementia Initiative Theracare has been developing and perfecting Stages, a dementia program resulting in a higher quality of life and lower use of antipsychotic drugs for facility residents with dementia.

Stages includes a therapist review and an appropriate dementia level assigned to all of the facility’s new and current admits with dementia. Person centered activity recommendations and ADL strategies are then provided. Facility staff training is included.

Theracare uses research-backed staging methods that enhance the use of non-pharmacologic approaches to caring for the resident with dementia.
